@Peeto87 Also read this :D.Mark Allott, 293 times a Chesterfield pleyer, delivered a long throw, Ian Breckin, with 296 club games under his belt, flicked on for Derek Niven, Chesterfield’s longest-serving player and 279 times a shirt-wearer, to hammer home a low drive into the bottom corner to win the game.

@Peeto87 After 139 years of football, this stadium (Saltergate) closed. It wa sthe last home match in it.And the best is that Chesterfield were 1-0 down until the 80 min, with Chesterfield equalising then and scoring the last ever goal in this stadium in the last minute of the game( 96th minute). And the goalscrorer was Derek Niven, the longest serving player at the club. That is why that goal was so important!

Question: What made this goal so special that it warranted a pitch invasion?
I’m an Aussie and love Soccer (Football) but I’m just new to these lower league teams.
